They are a very professional team, and during our first interaction they prepared an  initial presentation that was impressive and compelling, taking the the time to prepare detailed pamphlets highlighting where our home compared to others sold.  They gave my wife and I the confidence that they could sell the home at a listing price that was a record high for the type of home on my street.  We knew the job was going to be difficult due to a poorly staged and marketed house next to us that sold just weeks ago, where the buyers were in a rush to sell and eventually sold what we felt was under market value. They provided 'white glove' service in marketing the home with a 3D virtual tour, along with cost competitive staging and brilliant photos prior to the house going on the market.  Through their marketing efforts, we were able to have over 50 showings in the first week of the house being on the market.  The Toronto Condo team negotiated with several interested buyers, and we received multiple firm offers, with the highest being virtually the same as our listing price.
