Toronto Condo Team is a real estate brand used by Franco Dinatale, Sales Representative, Right At Home Realty, Brokerage. Toronto Condo Team is not a separate real estate brokerage. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored and protected through TorontoCondoTeam.ca and related communications.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through TorontoCondoTeam.ca and through communications arising from your use of the Website, including contact forms, property searches, listing alerts, home evaluations, consultation requests, newsletter registrations and other real estate inquiries.

When you become a client of Right At Home Realty, Brokerage or enter into a real estate representation or transaction, additional brokerage policies, agreements, regulatory requirements and privacy obligations may apply.

Right At Home Realty, Brokerage maintains its own Privacy Policy and CASL Policy. Those policies may apply to information that is transferred to, collected by, or maintained by the brokerage.

2. Personal Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Toronto Condo Team, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, property address and information about a property you own or are interested in.

We may also collect information relating to your real estate needs, including whether you are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest; preferred neighbourhoods; property preferences; price range; desired move date; saved searches; listing-alert preferences; consultation requests; and information you voluntarily include in messages or forms.

If you request a property evaluation, we may collect information concerning the property, including property type, location, size, condition, renovations, parking, ownership information and other information reasonably required to prepare or discuss an evaluation.

If you become a client or become involved in a real estate transaction, additional information may be required to comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage and transaction requirements.

We may also maintain records concerning your communication preferences and your consent to receive electronic communications.

We may use personal information to respond to your inquiries and requests; provide requested property information; create and deliver listing alerts and saved searches; arrange consultations, showings and appointments; prepare or discuss property evaluations; assist with buying, selling, leasing or investing in real estate; maintain client and prospect records; communicate regarding real estate services; provide customer service and follow-up; maintain website security; analyze and improve Website performance; administer our business; and comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage, MLS® and professional obligations.

Where you have provided consent, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may also use your contact information to provide Toronto real estate news, new-listing alerts, market updates, newsletters, educational information, promotions, service announcements and other marketing communications that may be relevant to you.

We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without obtaining additional consent where consent is required.

6. Email, Newsletter, SMS and Marketing Consent

Toronto Condo Team complies with applicable Canadian electronic marketing requirements, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

We may contact you to respond to a request you have made, including a request for a property evaluation, consultation, listing information, saved search or property alert.

We may send newsletters, promotional emails, market updates, listing information and other commercial electronic messages where we have your express consent or where applicable law permits us to rely on implied consent.

Submitting an inquiry does not provide Toronto Condo Team with unlimited or permanent permission to send marketing communications.

Where we request express marketing consent, you will be given an opportunity to actively choose whether you wish to receive those communications. Marketing consent is not a condition of receiving real estate services unless the communication itself is necessary to provide a service you have requested.

Express consent may remain valid until withdrawn. Where we rely on implied consent, we will only do so for the period and circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Commercial electronic messages will provide an appropriate method for unsubscribing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option included in the message. Where SMS marketing is used, you may withdraw consent by following the instructions contained in the message, including replying STOP where applicable.

Unsubscribe requests will be processed within the period required by applicable law. We may retain records relating to consent, subscription, unsubscribe requests and communication preferences as required to demonstrate compliance.

7. Property Alerts and Saved Searches

If you request listing alerts, rental alerts, saved-search notifications or similar property updates, we may use your email address, telephone number and property preferences to provide the requested service.

The information you provide may be processed through an MLS®, IDX, VOW, CRM or other real estate technology provider used to operate the property-search or alert service.

You may discontinue property alerts using the unsubscribe or account-preference mechanisms provided or by contacting us.

8. MLS® and Real Estate Information

TorontoCondoTeam.ca may display property information obtained from the Multiple Listing Service®, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Canadian Real Estate Association, participating real estate brokerages or authorized data and technology providers.

MLS® and listing information may be subject to separate licensing agreements, terms of use, privacy requirements and rules governing its display and use.

This Privacy Policy governs personal information collected from users of TorontoCondoTeam.ca. It does not alter ownership, licensing or permitted-use restrictions applicable to MLS® information or other third-party real estate data.

9. When We May Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Personal information may be provided to Right At Home Realty, Brokerage where necessary for the provision, supervision, administration or regulatory oversight of real estate services.

Information may also be made available to authorized personnel supporting Toronto Condo Team where access is reasonably necessary to respond to your request or provide services.

We may use third-party providers to assist with website hosting, MLS® property searches, property alerts, customer relationship management, email and text-message delivery, analytics, advertising, data storage, website security, document management and other technology or administrative functions. These providers are expected to use personal information only for authorized purposes and to appropriately protect information placed under their control.

If you ask us to introduce you to another professional, such as a mortgage professional, lawyer, home inspector, contractor, designer, stager or other service provider, we may share the information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction with your knowledge or consent.

Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, regulation, court order, regulatory authority or applicable real estate rules.

10. Confidential Real Estate Information

If you become a real estate client, information you provide in connection with your representation or transaction may be confidential and may also be subject to the duties and obligations imposed on registered real estate professionals and brokerages under Ontario real estate legislation and brokerage policies.

Client information will only be shared as authorized, required to provide the requested services, required for brokerage administration and supervision, or otherwise permitted or required by law.

Nothing in this Website Privacy Policy reduces any additional confidentiality obligation that may apply once a brokerage-client relationship has been established.
