Toronto Condo Team is a real estate marketing and service brand operated by Franco Dinatale, Sales Representative, Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.

Toronto Condo Team is not a separate real estate brokerage. All regulated real estate trading services are provided through Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.

1. Toronto Regional Real Estate Board Listing Data

Certain real estate listing information displayed on TorontoCondoTeam.ca is provided under applicable data licence agreements and is provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board ("TRREB") and/or other authorized real estate data providers.

The listing information displayed on this Website is intended to assist consumers who have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate.

Listing information is intended for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, commercially exploited, scraped, harvested or used to create a real estate database or competing service except where expressly authorized.

4. Listings From Other Brokerages

TorontoCondoTeam.ca may display listings offered for sale or lease by brokerages other than Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.

The display of another brokerage's listing does not mean that Toronto Condo Team, Franco Dinatale or Right At Home Realty, Brokerage is the listing brokerage or represents the seller or landlord of that property.

Where required by applicable MLS® rules or data-licensing requirements, the listing brokerage and other applicable attribution will be identified with the listing. Consumers should review the applicable listing details to determine the brokerage representing the seller or landlord.

5. No Agency or Representation Created by Viewing a Listing

Viewing a property listing, using the Website's property search, creating a saved search, registering for property alerts or requesting additional property information does not by itself establish a client or representation relationship with Franco Dinatale or Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.

A formal representation relationship is established in accordance with applicable Ontario real estate laws, regulations, disclosures and agreements.

6. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

TRREB/MLS® listing information displayed through TorontoCondoTeam.ca is intended for genuine consumers considering the purchase, sale or lease of real estate.

Users may not use listing information for unauthorized commercial purposes, including bulk extraction, redistribution, resale, solicitation databases, competing listing services or unauthorized automated data collection.

Systematic scraping, harvesting or copying of listing data through bots, crawlers, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or similar automated technology is prohibited except where specifically authorized by the applicable rights holder or otherwise permitted by law.

7. MLS® Trademark

The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated MLS® logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Use of MLS® trademarks on TorontoCondoTeam.ca is subject to applicable CREA trademark rules and licensing requirements.

8. REALTOR® Trademark

The trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS® and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Not every real estate agent or brokerage is necessarily entitled to use the REALTOR® trademarks. Any use of these marks on TorontoCondoTeam.ca is intended to comply with applicable CREA trademark requirements.

9. Photographs, Floor Plans and Listing Content

Property photographs, virtual tours, floor plans, videos, descriptions and other listing materials may be owned by or licensed to the listing brokerage, listing representative, photographer, TRREB or another third party.

Displaying such material on TorontoCondoTeam.ca does not transfer ownership or grant Website users permission to reproduce, republish or commercially use that content.

10. Historical Sales and Market Information

Where permitted, TorontoCondoTeam.ca may display historical sold data, market statistics, previous listing information, property history or comparable property information.

Historical information is provided for general informational and real estate research purposes. Historical selling prices, asking prices and market statistics do not establish the current market value of a particular property and should not be considered a formal appraisal.

A property's current value depends on numerous factors, including current market conditions, physical condition, location, floor plan, improvements, exposure, competing inventory and comparable transactions.
