Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the pleasure of working with Leila from the Toronto Condo Team and she showed true dedication in helping me find my next rental in downtown Toronto. From streamlining all the paperwork, prompt responses/follow-ups, tailored showings and just the genuineness in her work, it was truly a breeze! It took one round of viewings to find my place and I really appreciated all the help she provided along the way in doing what needed to be done to get my pick. Thanks Leila :)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an excellent experience working with Leila to rent out our downtown Toronto condo. From start to finish, Leila was incredibly patient, thorough, and professional. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed at each stage. She offered expert advice, guiding us through the process with confidence and ensuring we made the best decisions. Leila's negotiation skills were always in our favour, and thanks to her, we were able to secure a fantastic triple-A tenant. We couldn’t be happier with her service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and skilled real estate agent!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had the pleasure of working with Leila from the Toronto Condo Team for the past two years, during which she has expertly managed the rental of my property. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless, and Leila's professionalism and dedication were evident every step of the way.

Leila truly excels in her communication skills, keeping me informed and updated regularly, ensuring that I never felt out of the loop. She was always prompt in addressing any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Her ability to find high-quality tenants who fit the property perfectly has been remarkable. Each tenant she has brought in has been responsible, respectful, and a great fit for the space.

Additionally, Leila’s knowledge of the market and her attention to detail have been invaluable. She provided expert advice on setting rental rates, preparing the property for listing through all her amazing contractors, and navigating the complexities of the rental market. Her insights and recommendations always left me feeling confident that my property was in good hands.

Overall, I highly recommend Leila and the Toronto Condo Team for their outstanding service. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who combines excellent communication, a deep understanding of the market, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction, Leila is the one to go to.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Franco and the Toronto Condo Team provided us with an excellent experience in selling our home quickly! We were astounded by his knowledge of the market, and he gave us all of the resources we needed to make sure that our house was ready for sale. Additionally, their staging team did a phenomenal job – it looked as though it was a completely different space when I saw it again after they had finished! Highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Franco and Leila did a phenomenal job selling our home in this time of uncertainty. They are a very professional team, and during our first interaction they prepared an initial presentation that was impressive and compelling, taking the the time to prepare detailed pamphlets highlighting where our home compared to others sold. They gave my wife and I the confidence that they could sell the home at a listing price that was a record high for the type of home on my street. We knew the job was going to be difficult due to a poorly staged and marketed house next to us that sold just weeks ago, where the buyers were in a rush to sell and eventually sold what we felt was under market value. They provided 'white glove' service in marketing the home with a 3D virtual tour, along with cost competitive staging and brilliant photos prior to the house going on the market. Through their marketing efforts, we were able to have over 50 showings in the first week of the house being on the market. The Toronto Condo team negotiated with several interested buyers, and we received multiple firm offers, with the highest being virtually the same as our listing price. We are incredibly happy with the result, and during an uncertain time in selling your home right now, if you are looking for highly competent, professional and transparent realtors, I highly recommend Franco and Leila from Toronto Condo Team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leila and Franco from the Toronto Condo Team were absolutely phenomenal with overseeing all aspects of the sale of our Toronto based condo. The team's utmost professionalism, industry knowledge, strategic planning around all aspects of the sale and educating us on all of our options each step of the way made this experience impeccable. Leila always went the extra mile to thoughtfully explain all of the components of the sale. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and highlighting the pros and cons of each option regarding the sale so that we felt very well-informed each step of the way. Thank you to this team for providing such stellar service; a rarity in the real estate industry these days! We had such a great experience that we are already thinking of a possible next purchase and would not be using anyone other than the Toronto Condo Team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the opportunity to work with Leila over the past few months. Leila was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Leila, I can’t thank you enough for making a stressful process seamless! The condo I got is exactly what I was looking for.
