1. Sky Penthouse in Odeon Towers, Monaco:
A multi-millionaire will get the opportunity to live in such an extravagant five-floor penthouse with a slide that ends at a gigantic infinity pool. Having a pool in a condo itself makes it more demanding but having a pool such as the one in this penthouse is wondrous.
This deluxe condo is at the top of a new skyscraper in Monaco overlooking the Mediterranean and has a current market value of around £400 million. This condo is a multi-story penthouse and is situated in Tour Odéon, Monaco. The 560ft tower is the Mediterranean coastline's second tallest building.

The Hyde Park Penthouse has set the London real estate market on fire with a Penthouse’s market worth of $237 million. That’s a lot of money but the services and lavishness of the apartment appears to be worth paying for it.

Valued at around $90 million, the apartment is more sensible as an investment rather than for residential purpose.
