Developers Tas Design and Build are working with Teeple Architects on these condos, known for their bold, futuristic designs as well as elegant historic restorations like the Scrivener Public Square. In addition to the new library, there will be 270 meters of retail space for local businesses on the ground floor of the building. They also have plenty of garage parking for their residents, as well as bicycle storage.
