Any regulated real estate trading services provided by Franco Dinatale through Toronto Condo Team are provided through Right At Home Realty, Brokerage, in accordance with applicable Ontario real estate legislation, regulations, brokerage policies and professional obligations.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"Website" means TorontoCondoTeam.ca and any related webpages, subdomains, applications, search tools, forms, calculators or online services operated in connection with the Website.

"Toronto Condo Team," "we," "us" or "our" refers to the Toronto Condo Team real estate brand operated by Franco Dinatale through Right At Home Realty, Brokerage, as applicable.

"Brokerage" means Right At Home Realty, Brokerage.
