102 BLOOR STREET WEST

Located between Bay St and Avenue Rd is 102 Bloor Street West which is a reincarnation of an old building that once existed in its place. An antiquated remunerative office had been given an overhaul some time back to be refurbished to a residential complex that within no time became the talk of the town and many vied to get a home for themselves here. This is 102 Bloor for you. Planned and designed to suit the best requirements of residents, this building has amenities that make a comfortable living.  All apartments at 102 Bloor St West have 9 ft ceiling height and are spacious. Though not all, but most of these apartments do have balconies in keeping with the requirements. Not just this, there are facilities like 24 hr concierge, the hotspot sauna along with a fully equipped gym available at 102 Bloor. What excites a home buyer here are the two rooftop terraces which are the perfect place to spend your evenings and relax with a cup of coffee.  See the beauty and feel for yourself the enigma of the place and we vouch that you would definitely want to buy yourself a house in this charming residential property.
